I LOVE yoga with my twins. We started very early (8-9 months) and still do it now at almost age 3. 🙂

Yep! We purchased flash cards off Amazon after I saw the idea on Pinterest. It’s called A to Z yoga or something like that. Each letter of the alphabet has 1-2 poses. For our set up depending on how much time we have, each kid picks a certain number of cards at random and we put our own routine together that way. It’s definitely not relaxing like MY yoga after bedtime but it’s great their mood and development. They’ll be 3 in early Dec. I think they are finally ready for their own yoga mats so I’m going to get them for their birthday 🙂

This is just too good. Your family may be one of my only inspirations to ever have twins. LOL
